If the Offline Chat Form is disabled & your team is currently set as ‘Invisible;’, the the widget won't actually load in your site since there's no available agent. If it's ‘away’, the widget would still load if you don't have the “Offline form” enabled. So you may have other methods enabled in your widget settings since it's still enabled. I'd recommend checking out Can I turn my chats into tickets when I am offline? to see if any of these are enabled on your account resulting in offline tickets.
