When trying to connect a Shopify Store with Zendesk, I get the following error message in Shopify: Oops, something went wrong.
This error message is displayed when an administrator has insufficient privileges in Shopify to perform the installation of the integration. The administrator in Shopify must have the following permissions to set up the integration:
- General > Orders
- General > Customers
- General > Apps and channels
- Online store > Themes
- Administration > Manage settings
Once granted the above permissions, the administrator should see the Shopify Oauth Permissions page when they next attempt to connect the integration.
