Zendesk Answer Bot
Removed the “Talk to a human” option from the automatically inserted non-configurable flows. Specifically:
- The feedback flow, when the bot asks “Was this helpful?” and the user selects “No, I still need help”
- The fallback flow, when the user sends a free-text message and the bot can’t find any conversational shortcuts or article suggestions
- Nothing new this week.
- Business Verification Tab - Previously when an End User would navigate to the Business Verification tab it would load endlessly. This has now been resolved.
