Where did Insights go? Where is my Zendesk reporting tool? When I go to my Reporting tab in Support, I am unable to access Insights and see the message: Your reporting is now powered by Explore.

Zendesk is removing Insights reporting as stated in the announcement: Announcing the removal of Insights reporting.
All customers currently using Insights will need to migrate their accounts to Explore. We have many available resources to assist you in recreating your reports and learning how to use Explore.
