Can views be refreshed automatically?
Views don't automatically refresh in Support. There are some third-party apps that you can utilize, such as the Zendesk Auto Refresh app in the Chrome store, but those apps are not supported by Zendesk Customer Support.
Another solution is to click from one view into another, which causes all the views to refresh.
When your agents use the Play button, views are refreshed every five minutes to make sure new tickets at the top of the view are addressed quickly.
