I have information on another platform or ticketing system that I would like to migrate to Zendesk. How do I do this?
While not everything can be migrated into Zendesk through the user interface, there are a variety of resources and features that you can utilize to import information. See below for a list of resources to import each type of information.
- The most direct way to import external tickets is through the Core API: Ticket Import. This method requires you to create and make API calls to import external ticket data.
- If you do not feel comfortable using the API, check the Zendesk Marketplace for third-party apps that might be able to assist with this process.
