The audit log can be used to track who made changes within your Zendesk instance, and when. This is especially helpful if you have multiple admins working within the same instance. Please note, this is a feature available only on Enterprise Support plans.

I was doing a search for the Audit log in Zendesk just to be able to review what the current functionality is and post a suggestion and if you're like me, you couldn't find that page either and landed here.
