Welcome to the new Zendesk Marketplace

We're excited to announce the new Zendesk Marketplace. Welcome to the “even more store”.

Our goal is to expand the scope of the Apps Marketplace to become the one-stop-shop for our customers to find the partners, services, integrations, and extensions they need to be successful with their Zendesk solution.

We have achieved this by:

• Giving Zendesk customers the ability to search and discover all relevant partner solutions right from the Marketplace
• Driving more business and visibility for our partners, increasing the incentive to build on the Zendesk platform and invest more in the ecosystem

You can now sign up to use our Marketplace Portal (if you haven’t already) and create your Marketplace partner profile. Once the content is approved, you'll get your own profile page where customers can find you through our powerful new Marketplace search.

Your partner profile page will serve as your storefront for Zendesk customers, so we recommend the following best practices:

• Short description - This should be focused on your value proposition. Keep it short and concise.
  
  
• Long description - Go into more detail about what your company does, the types of services you offer, how it benefits Zendesk customers, etc. We suggest including resources such as links to case studies, additional resources or guides, quotes from existing Zendesk customers -- anything that will display the qualitative and quantitative benefits of your solution. We recommend the long description being somewhere around 300 words in length and that you take advantage of the WYSIWYG editor for formatting.

Do you have apps on the Marketplace? Well, we have more good news for you!

All your apps will be listed on your profile page so customers can easily see all the apps and integrations you offer. We also link to your partner profile page from your App Details page.

Are you one of our Solution or Implementation Partners?
