Issue symptoms
When attempting to add my Google account using the Google Connector, I receive the below errors:
- We can't connect to your Gmail account because your account has had too many connection requests
- You've reached your Google sending limit for
Resolution steps
Google Workspace accounts by default have connection limits. If you exceed any of the following limits, you might not able to connect your account or receive emails to Zendesk Support for ticket creation. To resolve this issue you may need to lower your account limits or connect with a different Google Workspace account. For more information, see the resources below:
