    Hi team,

    We have an issue were - agents who actively working live chat (zendesk messenger) for Facebook integration, IF there is no response/assignment within 24hours or longer... then when we try to claim the ticket/message/chat - and respond, there is an error that appears. 

    Is this a bug? Can it please be fixed?
