    There are no native settings to hide the queue information. 

    The workaround for this would be to build your own Chat widget using the Chat SDK (https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/) and then change the wording of the string 'chat.wait_queue', or just hide it (https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/#chat-wait_queue-chat-event-type).

    I have checked both Chat API and Chat Conversation API. As it turns out, it does not include this update.
