Admin settings are now in Admin Center, the new home for Support settings. See About Support settings in Admin Center.
The Support Admin home page provides some useful information about your account including:
- You account domain name
- The number and status of the Pod that hosts your account
- System updates that impact your account
- A quick link to Admin Center where you can manage account settings
The page also gives you a snapshot of your current configuration. The information is useful if you're looking for ways to optimize Zendesk Support to meet your support goals.
Agents have access to a version of the Admin page that's tailored to their permissions and needs.
To access the Admin home page
In Support, click the Admin () icon in the sidebar.
Tip: Bookmark the page for quick one-click access. The URL is https://your_subdomain.zendesk.com/agent/admin/overview.
LInk at the bottom is broken.
You would need to substitute your Zendesk subdomain for "your_subdomain" in that URL – so if you're Zendesk is mycompany.zendesk.com, you'd use https://mycompany.zendesk.com/agent/#/admin/overview.
However, as the note at the top of the article says, admin settings have been moved, so see About Support settings in Admin Center.

You are correct that the URL has a typo in it! We've fixed it in the article. The correct URL is:
And as Dave mentioned, remember to replace "your_subdomain" with the subdomain for your instance. That should do the trick!
