    Hi Zendesk Customer care!

    Is there a way to put a trigger to collect some data from the NPS in Zendesk?

    Ex: If we would like to know the emails of our promoters.

    You should be able to see the email addresses of NPS respondents when examining your NPS results: Viewing your latest NPS score and responses
