Next Tuesday, March 23, the Community is hosting a Zendesk best practices for KCS with Guide. From 11:00 am - 11:45 pm CST, we’ll be showcasing how we manage our help center and show our best practices for making proactive support work for you in your Guide instance. Anyone can attend and all you need to do is register here, but for those who can’t make it, we recommend registering anyway to receive a link to our post-event recording.
