Is it possible to report on app usage with Zendesk Explore?
Answer
Yes. Apps developed by Zendesk can be reported on in Explore. These apps include the Time Tracking app and the Knowledge Capture app. For more information on reporting with both apps, see the articles: Time Tracking app: metrics you need to be measuring and Analyzing your Knowledge Capture activity.
Explore cannot report on third-party apps unless the app is applying a tag or a custom field to the ticket. For more information on creating a report to see tags and custom fields applied by an app, see the articles: Reporting with tags and Reporting with custom fields.
