I accidentally canceled Zendesk Sell, can I recover my account?
Answer
All cancelations are permanent in Zendesk Sell and cannot be reverted by users. See our Data Deletion Policy for more information.
If you recently clicked cancel in your account, have an admin contact the Zendesk Customer Support with a request to see what data can be recovered and if the account can be reopened.
