Explore is the new Zendesk analytics software. Most customers using our legacy Insights reporting software can start using Explore now. You can activate Explore if you see it in the Zendesk product tray. If you don't see Explore, contact your account manager.
Important: Insights has now been removed for most customers. If you used Insights before, you'll now need to move to Explore, the latest generation of reporting for Zendesk products.
To get started, choose one of the following paths based on how you used Insights.

Hello,
Seems that we haven't received any announcement or missed it and now all of our reports do not exist. Is there a way we can retrieve our previous Insight reports and migrate them to Explore?
