I would like to apply a filter to my Explore dashboard to highlight or exclude certain tags. How do I do this?
Answer
It is not possible to include or exclude tags with a simple data filter. Instead, inclusion or exclusion logic must be coded into a custom metric or attribute.

You can add a filter to dashboard and to allow your user to select or deselect tags which will apply to all charts in this dashboard (from the same dataset).
So yes, you can apply a filter to an Explore dashboard to highlight or exclude certain tags.
