Can all of my sales reps call from the same Sell Voice number? If a sales team has five reps, do they need five different numbers in Sell? Or could they have one number that they all dial from simultaneously?
Each Sell user must select their own Sell Voice number. However, each sales rep can mask their personal Voice number with the same phone number. The outbound caller ID always appears as the same number you use to mask.
