I don't see my Zendesk Talk number in my account. Why was my number deleted?
Your number can be removed from your account if your trial expires, your Talk subscription is canceled, or if your Support account is suspended or deleted.
The Talk number can also be deleted if the number is not used for more than 60 days. Zendesk sends you the first warning email after 30 days since the last time the number was used and a second warning after 53 days.

Hello, i have a problem, i have an annual subscription, and today my phone number, the one I use to recieve call from customers, just desappear, and not just that, the Talk and Text part of the service is out, when i try to enter the details, it says that there is a problem with Talk, and to contact you, I want to know why this happend, I have an annual subscribsion, not a trial, so my phone number shouldn't dessapear, nor the service, i hope oyu can answer soon, I can't communicate with customers.
I see you have created a ticket with support. We will work with you on that ticket to correct what has happened on your account.
I have the same issues. automatic payment did not go trough, and payment had to be process manually and then my number dissapear-........ Talkk doesnt not work, there is no number associated with it
