Guide: Section pages without pagination
Conversations in the Zendesk Community cover everything from basic troubleshooting to complex workflows and specific use cases. Certain questions are best answered by you, the user, because you have on-the-ground experience with our products. Check out the questions below and see if you can offer an answer or provide advice:
Ability to move / edit The attachment button from the bottom of the "Submit a request" form.
Shanaaz and Aloysius are both looking for a way to relocate the attachment button and make it mandatory before submitting.
Talk - Agent in Group Doesn't work on Talk tickets
Amanda is looking for a way to allow a Talk agent to see tickets assigned to a group, without also receiving calls routed to that group.
Canned data for sandbox account
Dan's looking for a way to add some sample data to his sandbox account.
