    We want to buy "Reach" on Sell however the billing and account owner doesn't have a Sell licence (only a Support).  How do we do it?

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue. I have upgraded my subscription to enterprise but it says it will be effective from June... that's when my current subscription ends.

    I want it be be immediate since the whole implementation depends on some features that are included in the enterprise package.

    Can someone please help???

    Hi Ronen,

    As per the article, there are a few times when a subscription update doesn't happen right away. These scenarios will trigger a pending subscription.
     
    A pending subscription means that you won’t see the changes to your account until your next billing cycle. If it is important that you see the changes go into effect sooner, contact your Account Representative for help.

    Hello

    I would like to change my Zendesk Subscription, downgrade the account by one agent, from 4 to 3 agents. 

    When I try reduce the agents by 1 agent - an error message in red appears, as follows;
    To reduce agents, contact Zendesk Customer Support.

    I have already disconnected the additional agent already.

    Can someone please help?

    I can't find a way to cancel the subscription and our account, 
    I've opened a ticket to cancel the account and our agent Sophie Glennon doesn't get back to us, I opened the ticket at the end of March and until now they haven't got back to me, I want to stop the payment because we don't want to pay more for Zendesk's products.
    And apparently, this method takes time and does not provide service to those who want to close the account and stop paying.
