From 31 August, 2022, Zendesk will no longer provide support for Basic authentication with Exchange/Office 365 calendar in Sell and Integrating Sell contacts with Microsoft Exchange.
Zendesk is discontinuing the Discord integration on December 15, 2022.
Sell Voice: As of Friday December 16, 2022, Zendesk can no longer guarantee the same number in Sell Voice for a reactivated user if their account has been deactivated for at least three months.
Zoom will be deprecating their existing Zendesk by Zoom integration on November 30, 2022.
If you’re using the existing Zoom integration, you’ll need to move to the new integration by November 30, 2022. After that date, the legacy integration will no longer function.
The native integration for Mailchimp in Sell: On January 9, 2023, the native integration will be removed. You can install the Mailchimp for Sell app from the Zendesk marketplace. For more information, see Announcing: Removal of native Sell integration for Mailchimp.
Sell mobile reports: On March 31, 2023, this feature will be removed from all accounts as you can access reporting and analysis via the desktop version of Support or on Sell. For more information, see Announcing the removal of Sell mobile reports.
Zendesk is removing Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey functionality on April 30, 2023. For more information, see Announcing the removal of Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Zendesk is extending the removal of the Social Messaging App to April 15, 2023 (originally scheduled for January 31, 2023). For more information, see Removal of the Zendesk Social Messaging App.
Zendesk is removing the legacy Slack integration notifications on September 18, 2023.
If you’re using the legacy Slack channel notifications, you’ll need to migrate these to triggers by September 18. For more information, see Announcing the removal of legacy Slack integration notifications.
Sell detailed hierarchy view is no longer supported as better alternatives exist.
To have a hierarchy view, use alternatives such as Sell smart lists or Explore, see: Creating a hierarchy view using Sell smart lists or Explore. This is effective as of June 22, 2023.
