Can I exclude tags that I haven't used recently?

If I haven't used a tag recently, will it still appear in my report? Can I report on tags that haven't been used in over 60 days? 

Answer

All tags ever used on tickets will appear in your reports. There is not a time limit or usage requirement in order to report on tags. You have the ability to report on a tag you have only used once or the very first tag you ever added to your account.
