Zendesk Sell
New
Voice.dialout event is now supported in Sell
We are happy to announce that another piece of the Computer Telephony Integration project has been just delivered. App framework developers can now register a voice.dialout
callback that is going to be called each time a user triggers a call from Sell.
With this feature in the product, app framework developers now have the same API at their disposal as in Support. We hope that it’ll allow them to build awesome CTI apps for Sell.

Tasks Player in Sell is now GA
All Sell users can now take care of their tasks in a streamlined, faster way. A lot of tasks sales people perform are consecutive and the ability to perform them quickly one by one helps to ease their workload.
With Task Player sales people can:
• Play tasks currently filtered on their task page
• Task Player will show up on the top of the screen, where each task can be completed, rescheduled or skipped
• Upon completion or reschedule user will be automatically taken to the next task
• If a task is related to lead, contact or a deal the given object card will be displayed beneath the Task Player, making performing tasks on that object a breeze
