I forgot my password. How do I reset my password when I can't sign in?

Important: The steps outlined in this article are intended for customers who use our native authentication. If your account uses SSO to authenticate your users, see the article: Accessing your Zendesk account when your SSO service is down.
If you are having issues signing in, reset your password.
To reset your password
- Browse to
https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/access/help
, replace yoursubdomain with your account-specific subdomain name. Or use the button below to select your subdomain and be redirected directly to the password reset page.
- Enter the email address you use to sign in, and click Submit.
- Check your inbox associated with the email address provided and follow the instructions on the email you have just received.
Note: You will receive two email notifications when resetting your password. The emails will have separate branding. For example, This email is a service from [brand_name]. Delivered by Zendesk, and This email is a service from [account_name]. Delivered by Zendesk.

Is it possible to edit the email that zendesk sends to customers to reset their password?
We have a customer facing support page and one for distributers under a different brand we wish to hide from customers.

I hope you're doing great! We have a native way to update the account verification email as outlined in this article. However, if you wish to hide some information from a different customer, you may need to use HTML to customize this.
Just want to set your expectations that customizing via HTML is already out of our scope and you may need to work with your IT/Dev team to do this.

Hi All,
We have integration user in our Zendesk org. we don't have a mailbox for this user. We have integration issue with another application and wants to reset the connection with new password.
Can we generate a password to this integration user without having the mailbox.
