    I would like to use the Mailchimp Activity add-on.  How do I enable the Customer Lists Feature and how much does it cost?

    Hi Chad,

    Custom roles is only available for Enterprise plans. Please verify if you have the enterprise plan. If you do and you are an admin on the account, please contact our support directly to investigate further.

    Customer lists is an add-on that can be added by our Sales Team. Please contact our support directly and select the option to be transferred to Sales.

    Yes we are on Enterprise Plus plan.

    Please see ticket: #10989076. The Zendesk team identified a bug in my instance but we haven't heard anything since.

    Can someone please point me to where this removal was announced? I'm pretty frustrated to find my lists all just...gone with no notification.

    Can you share a little more information on what removal you're referring to? Are you saying your customer lists are no longer available? AFAIK only NPS surveys are being removed and customer lists will continue to function and be improved on. More information here: Announcing the removal of Net Promoter Score (NPS)

    Hi Brett, 
    Yes, they have been completely removed from the interface. The button is gone. I would upload a picture of the missing button, but your system refuses to allow any uploads, even those in the correct format under 2 MB. The dev console shows 'Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 ()' no matter the image type or size.

    Most likely we will need to assume into your account to see what's causing this. Customer Lists should definitely still be available so I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you :-/

    Hoping this feature gets a facelift and much needed feature additions soon. Targeting customers has always been oddly hard with zendesk products when compared to something like Intercom.

    Chad Susa (Gravity CX - Zendesk Partner) - like you, I also searched high and low to use the feature I also pay for. To my surprise, this feature is only available to one single person in your organization, the admin. 

    It is beyond frustrating that this is a paid add-on and support tells me its unavailable for my agents to use. What use is this is if only one single person can use it?
