What is Reach and how do I test the feature?
An admin can start a trial of Reach on the account by activating the prospecting, enrichment, or sequences tools. If you have any difficulty activating the trial, contact your Zendesk account representative.

After your Reach trial expires, you will not be charged for Reach unless an admin adds the feature to your subscription.
