How do I remove the Zendesk logo? Can this branding be removed?

Note: The ability to remove branding is not available on all plan levels and features.
The Zendesk branding is placed across our products and features by default. Depending on your plan level, customization to remove branding can be done. The default branding is placed on our products and features including, Guide, Legacy Chat widget, and Web Widget (classic).For more information on how to remove Zendesking branding, see the following articles:

We pay enough for your Professional software each year to not be forced to advertise your company on our website. Upgrading to Enterprise is almost twice as much and only offers Sunshine in addition to what's already provided in Professional. Sunshine is not something we're interested in. This is shameful.

To remove the Zendesk logo from the Web Widget (Classic) you can toggle off the options within the widget settings, under the Customization tab. See the image below:
