Digital line to support IVR
Francisco is using a digital line but it doesn't look like they support IVR. They need to create a web widget or CTA button with a talk number that supports IVR and are looking for some guidance.
Using Zendesk to inform users of releases?
Joseph currently utilizes Intercom to inform users of big releases and outages through Chat. They would like to know if anyone has done something similar utilizing the Zendesk platform and how they went about setting this up.
