Explore features a prebuilt dashboard displaying information about your Zendesk Sell sales pipeline. You can edit and customize this dashboard by cloning it (see Cloning dashboards). In this article, you'll learn about the available reports for Sell.

Opening the Sell dashboard
Follow these steps to open the Sell dashboard.
To open the dashboard
- In Explore, click the Dashboard icon (
) in the left sidebar.
- From the list of dashboards, select the Zendesk Sell dashboard.
Understanding the reports
The dashboard contains the following tabs:
Deals tab
The Deals tab shows information about your deals like revenue, won and lost deals, and forecasts. You can filter the results by time, deal owner, team, and group.
All reports in this dashboard use the Sell: Sales dataset.

Leads tab
The Leads tab shows information about your leads like added leads, active leads, and unqualified leads. You can filter the results by time, lead owner, team, and group.

Calls tab
The Calls tab shows information about your Zendesk Sell sales calls, such as incoming and outgoing calls, call duration, and more. You can filter the results by Time, Lead owner, Lead owner team, Lead owner group, Deal owner, Deal owner team, and Deal owner group.

The Products tab shows information about your product sales, such as how many products were sold over time or which products sold the most. You can filter the results by Time, Deal owner, Deal owner team, and Deal owner group.

Activities tab
The Activities tab shows information about Sell activity volume and sales team contribution, including number of emails, calls, tasks, appointments, and visits. You can filter the results by Time, Activity owner, Lead owner, Lead owner groups, and Deal owner.

Hello,
This is great addition to Explore and will greatly help to make the reporting be more dynamic in Sell.
But I just noticed that the custom fields are not available when creating a query.

That would be very cool if we could choose attribute Product name in Zendesk Explore.
Can you add attribute" Product Name" to Zendesk Explore - Sell?

We are on Zendesk Suite Professional and we have Sell Professional.
When we go to the Zendesk Sell dashboard in Explore, it's empty.
Do we need to enable something?
I figured it out. Data set access permissions were not set.
Tap the Gear in Explore and then the data set icon and select team member and check the Sell boxes.
