Note: The ZohoCRM for Chat integration is no longer supported. It is unavailable to new users and may not function correctly for current users.
You'll need your ZohoCRM API key to complete this integration. If you already know your ZohoCRM API key, you can skip to the second set of steps.
To find your ZohoCRM API key
- In ZohoCRM, select Setup > General > Developer Space > Crm API Key.
To add ZohoCRM to your Chat account
- From your Zendesk Chat account page, select the Integrations tab.
- Select ZohoCRM integration.
- Enter your ZohoCRM username, password, and API key.
- Click Save.
I want to Integrate Zendesk Chat to Zoho CRM but we can't do this by using above doc.
Anyone or Support team can help me to do this.

Chat integration with ZohoCRM has been deprecated, so unfortunately it's not possible to integrate as it is no longer officially supported. This is also noted in this article as well:
