Important: This integration is only available for customers using the Legacy versions of Zendesk Chat. For help determining which version you have, see Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.
If you use Neto for content management, follow the steps below to install Zopim on your website.
- Log on to your Neto Admin panel
- Go go Setup & tools > All settings & tools.
- Navigate to Analytics & 3rd Party Scripts and click Custom Scripts.
- Click Add New.
- Add your Zopim widget code in Page Header section of your website.
