If your content management system is Magento 2.0, follow the steps below to install Zendesk Chat on your website.
1. Log on to your Magento 2.0 Admin panel and go to Stores then Configuration.
2. Click Design to add your Zopim widget code at Miscellaneous Scripts within HTML Head.
