    Is it possible to request a satisfaction rating during a live chat, using the messages system?
    There used to be an option in the chat interface, but not since we upgraded to messages

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Currently, requesting a CSAT from an agent experience is no longer available. With messaging, CSAT rating is automatically sent the moment the ticket was set to solve.
