Reporting on business hours in Insights

    Further to the above, I would like to create a report for the incoming calls that only come through during the business hours as opposed to ones OOH. 

    I have checked the available metrics and attributes and only was able to find "Calls outside business hours"

    Hi Ksenia,

    You can use the attribute Call Outside Business Hours to filter your report to only show calls that were received within your business schedule (those with the value of false for this attribute). You may also create a custom metric referencing this attribute.
