Hi - Is there a limit on the number of custom ticket fields you can create?

"When using multiple ticket forms, the ticket form that was used to submit the request is displayed in the ticket forms drop-down in the ticket interface."

    Hi team,

Needing your help to confirm if the above is true - during the testing of a new ticket form, in the test tickets though we have selected the new form however the tickets still show details in the default ticket form and not the form selected during submission

How can I edit the text "Attachement" in the ticket form?

Hi, Is there a way to make the questions bold? When I am creating a field, the sample to the right shows the Title in bold and the description underneath it. But in the actual form, the title (question) is not in bold.

    Hi Alexis,

Are you looking to display the field names/titles in the Help Center form in bold font? You can do this by customizing the CSS of your Help Center Theme. You can add font-weight: bold; under .form-field label. Example:

Once you've published the changes, the field names in the Submit a request page should be rendered in bold.

How do you set up the fields in a form so that they are nested in a hierarchy? I do not want to use the two semicolons, I have seen it done another way, but cannot replicate it.

    Example:
