How do I bulk delete organizations and users in my Support account?
At this time, there is not a method to bulk delete organizations from within the agent interface. We recommend leveraging our API with a custom script.
From the agent interface, users can be bulk deleted by going to Admin Center, then selecting Delete end users under Bulk Actions on the Team members page.
Users can also be bulk deleted using the API bulk user delete endpoint with a custom script.
Tickets that are closed will not be affected by bulk deleting users. However, users cannot be deleted if they are the requesters of tickets that are in a status less than closed. For more information, see the article: Adding and managing end users
