I want to add the badge that countdowns the time until the next SLA breach onto my views. How can I include this badge?
Answer
This badge can be added as a column from the formatting options within your view edit page.
To add the column to your view
- In Admin Center, open the Views management page.
- Select your view from the list to open the edit view page.
- In the Formatting options section, find the SLA column.
- Drag and position the SLA within the columns included in table list.
- Submit the changes.

Hi,
I want to add 'Next SLA Breach' to my views but when I click 'Add Column', it doesn't appear in the drop-down list. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

The Next SLA Breach was changed to SLA or Group SLA for ticket views. You can view the SLA target status in the SLA and Group SLA view columns. You can check this article for details Seeing SLA statuses in views.
