Important: This integration is only available for customers using the Legacy versions of Zendesk Chat. For help determining which version you have, see Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.
If you use KartRocket content management system, you can follow the steps below to install Zopim live chat widget in your website.
- Log on to your KartRocket Admin panel.
- Select View Store > Store Design.
- Select the Modules - Layouts tab.
- Locate the Footer Top section, then click Customize.
- Click Add Module.
- Click Source, then add your Zopim widget embed code.
Note: To find your Zopim embed code, see this article - Click Save.
- Click View Store to verify the chat widget is installed.
