Important: This integration is available only for customers using the Legacy versions of Zendesk Chat. For help determining which version you have, see Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.
If your website's content management system is OpenCart, you can follow the steps below to add Zendesk Chat through the OpenCart Admin panel.
- Log on to your OpenCart Admin panel and go to System (gear icon) then Settings.
- Click on the Edit icon.
- Click on the Server link.
- Paste the Zopim widget code within Google Analytics Code (GA) field. If you have existing GA code, you can add the Zopim widget code either above or below the GA code.

- Save the changes by clicking the Save icon.
- Load your website to check out Zopim live chat on your OpenCart website.
