Installing Zendesk Chat for MyBB

Important: This integration is only available for customers using the Legacy versions of Zendesk Chat. For help determining which version you have, see Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.

If you use MyBB, you can follow these steps to add the Zendesk Chat widget to your site.

To add the Zopim widget to MyBB

1. Log into your MyBB administration account.
2. Click Templates & Style.
3. Select Quick Access > Templates from the left sidebar.
4. Select the template you're using.
5. Click Footer Templates.
6. Select Footer.
7. Paste your Zendesk Chat embed code at the bottom.

8. Click Save.
