Is it possible to create bulk tickets to send out to my customers?
Answer
No, there is no native way to bulk create tickets within Zendesk Support. However, it is possible to bulk create tickets using some apps from our marketplace, the Customer Lists add-on or the API.
For accounts without the Customer Lists add-on
If you do not have access to the Customer Lists add-on, you can use the Proactive tickets app to bulk create tickets to email your users or try using the Create Many Tickets' endpoint in our Core API.
For accounts with the Customer Lists add-on
If you are using the Customer Lists feature, you may also consider using the MailChimp Campaign integration or another app from our marketplace.

Hi! We recommend Proactive Campaigns for this purpose. You can create the campaigns and share them between agents. To start a new campaign, you can create a ticket or user lists (add filters to them to separate the target users or tickets), or even upload your CSV file with custom user fields (we give a sample). Also, add formatting to your email body or import it from macros. Moreover, you can add even more visual tweaks to your email by uploading attachments up to 40 MB in size. Assign tickets to the different brands, groups, or specific agents. Besides, you can enable internal notes or create lists with tags. It updates quite often due to clients' requests. Recommend!
