Important: This integration is only available for customers using the Legacy versions of Zendesk Chat. For help determining which version you have, see Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.

If you use OpenCart, follow the steps below to add the Zendesk Chat widget to your site.

To add the Zendesk Chat widget to OpenCart

  1. Open File Manager in OpenCart and navigate to the following folder: Catalog > View > Theme > Template > Common.
  2. Find the footer.php.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Paste your Zendesk Chat live chat script before the </body> tag.
