Can we have more than one account owner?
No, it's only possible to have one account owner.
How do I choose who should be owner?
If you created your Support account, and are unsure if you need to be the account owner, evaluate if you need the following permissions. The account owner is someone who:
- Can make subscription changes
- Can download invoices
- Can request to enable the data export feature
- Has access to benchmark information
- Has complete access to all facets of the account
If you do not need access to these permissions, consider transferring ownership to another Admin on the account who needs these.
