My users do not see the deal loss reason screen when they move a deal to the lost stage.
If the Deal Loss Reason screen does not appear when moving a deal to lost, an admin has to restore this view.
To restore this view
- Go to Settings.
- Select Customize > Deals.
- Click Loss Reasons and check Yes under Ask users for loss reason.
This change prompts users to select a loss reason when moving a deal to your lost stage.
