The Bulk Delete app is a tool for bulk deleting resources in Zendesk Support. An agent can search and filter suspended tickets and then either delete selected suspended tickets or delete all the suspended tickets at once via a bulk delete operation.

Using the app
Click on the Bulk Delete icon on the left sidebar, and the full page application opens in a tab.
From the main page, you can choose to search, filter, and delete suspended tickets. The app loads all your suspended tickets. Once all the suspended tickets are loaded, you'll see the Delete All button as well as the reload icon to fetch all your suspended tickets.
Searching for suspended tickets
You can search for suspended tickets by Subject, Sender, and Cause of suspension. Alternatively, you can also filter for suspended tickets using the Cause of Suspension drop-down.
Deleting multiple suspended tickets
After searching or filtering suspended tickets, you can delete multiple suspended tickets.
To delete multiple suspended tickets
- When your list of suspended tickets is shown, select the checkbox next to the tickets you would like to delete.
- Click Delete Suspended Ticket:
- Click Confirm.
Note: During the deletion process, do not close the app window.
To delete all suspended tickets
- Click Delete All:
- Follow the instructions on the modal and click on Confirm.

Hello! Does this app allow deleting closed tickets too?
The app is targeted to delete Suspended tickets only and does not include Closed tickets.

Bulk Delete app allows users to search and filter suspended tickets, and then either delete selected suspended tickets or delete all the suspended tickets at once via a bulk delete operation. However, this app doesn't support recovering suspended tickets.
