Expected behavior: During the maintenance window, Zendesk systems should continue to operate normally. There will be no expected downtime or impact for our customers. While extremely unlikely, customers may experience a short period of timeout errors when accessing the Support and Guide UI and connectivity issues when attempting to load attachments.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Edge network team is improving parts of our internal DNS configuration to increase reliability and performance. Maintenance will occur during off-peak business hours to reduce potential customer impact.
