This article describes the removal of Sell Client Space for all Zendesk customers and answers the following questions:

What does this mean?
As of January 1, 2022, Zendesk Sell no longer provides the ability to start new Client Space conversations, the feature was removed completely on April 1, 2022.
Why is Zendesk removing this?
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experiences, features, and tools. Based on customer feedback, as well as the low usage of Sell Client Space, we will instead focus our efforts on developing new functionality and improving existing tools that are more heavily relied-upon.
For these reasons, Zendesk recommends customers consider the alternatives listed below.
What are the alternatives?
You can replicate most functions of Sell Client Space by using file sharing apps such as Dropbox for Sell and Google Drive for Sell. Other alternatives include the native functionality of Sell, such as integrating email and attaching documents to leads, contacts, and deals.
Who is affected by the change?
All Zendesk Sell customers who set up a Sell Client Space and used it to collaborate with contacts associated with deals.
There is low usage of it because it looks like it's from 2001 and nobody in their right mind would set it up for a client in 2021.
