We're excited to share the update that starting on November 8, we'll begin to move the Zendesk Guide: Knowledge Base pre-built dashboard to the unified Zendesk Guide dashboard.
This means that all the Guide reporting dashboards in Explore will be in one place, and the navigation between them will be much easier. The following Guide dashboards will be consolidated:
Note! Depending on your Guide plan, you might not see all four tabs in the unified dashboard.
Note about Answer Bot: some of you might still see the Answer Bot tab in the Guide dashboard, this will gradually be moved to the Zendesk Answer Bot dashboard. See details here.
When is it available?
We're starting the rollout on November 8, 2021. By Friday, November 19, 2021 all Guide customers will have the consolidated dashboard in Explore.

I have noticed a significant difference in the number of views between the reporting dashboard that is in Support versus the dashboard in Explore. What is causing this difference?

The old legacy reporting and Explore are different reporting tools, and are fuelled by different data pipelines. When building the Explore dataset, we implemented a new recording logic to bring you more detailed insights compared to what is available in the legacy dashboard.
Since data is being recorded in different ways across these reporting tools such discrepancy is expected. We encourage you to look for overall trends over a longer period of time when you analyse data across these reports, and for a single source of truth, we recommend you to use Explore.

I'm wondering if your filter on the Explore report might be contributing? It looks like you have something selected on the filter for User Role.

Hi Heather,
All of the user roles are selected, I thought maybe there was a role that wasn’t being picked up, but the numbers are the same with all of the roles selected as they are without using the filter.
